I had an amazing stay at this hotel! the location was perfect. It was tucked away in a quiet alley, but still within walking distance to everything I needed, including Alberto's Restaurant at the beach, the waterfalls, and local dining places. Secondly, the staff's hospitality was exceptional. They were very accommodating to my needs and made me feel welcomed throughout my stay. Lastly, the rooms were great. They were spacious and clean, with a beautiful view and a spacious bathroom. Plus, the breakfast served was delicious. this hotel provided great value for money, with attention to detail and basic amenities that met all my needs.

We spent Christmas in a lovely hotel. the breakfast served was delicious and delivered to our room every morning. the deep swimming pool was great to refresh ourselves from the heat. the neighborhood was very peaceful, perfect for relaxation.

The location was a bit far from the beach, so it took some time to get there. the air conditioning wasn't working properly, and even though the staff tried to fix it, it was still uncomfortable to sleep in the room.

No negatives to mention, everything was perfect.

The villa is conveniently located in Kuta, making it easy to explore the area. If you find yourself out late around 7.30, 8 PM, you can call the villa's emergency number for assistance. Sunset in Kuta is worth experiencing, and you can easily get to Kuta after sunset. There's a fantastic Italian restaurant named Pasta Pojok nearby, just a 3, minute motorbike ride or a 10, minute walk away. You'll love the spacious, clean rooms and the comfortable beds. the bathroom is pristine, and the staff goes above and beyond to ensure your comfort. the breakfast is simple but satisfactory, with a few options to choose from.

The communication with the staff can be a bit challenging at times.

Additionally, the breakfast options were limited, and we had to pay extra for any additional items. Communication with the staff was also difficult at times, as there was a language barrier. Despite these issues, it was an adequate stay for the price we paid.

villa mataano was even better than our previous stay in mangsit. the staff was lovely, the room was large and clean, and the bed was super comfortable. the breakfast brought to our room with a view was a nice touch. they even gave us a complimentary drink and snack. the location was convenient with nearby cafes and stores, and the beach was only a short walk away. overall, an amazing experience!
